目的 探討端粒酶檢測用于早期診斷原發(fā)性肝癌的可能性。
方法 采用TRAP法分別檢測22例原發(fā)性肝癌及癌旁組織標(biāo)本、12例肝硬變組織、6例腺瘤樣增生組織和10例正常肝組織中的端粒酶活性。
結(jié)果 22例原發(fā)性肝癌中有20例端粒酶表達(dá)陽性,陽性率為90.9%; 22例癌旁組織中有14例陽性,陽性率為63.6%; 12例肝硬變組織中有10例陽性,陽性率為83.3%; 6例腺瘤樣增生組織中5例陽性,陽性率為83.3%; 而10例正常肝組織的端粒酶檢測均為陰性。
結(jié)論 端粒酶活性表達(dá)可能發(fā)生在肝組織癌變過程中,并在其中扮演重要角色,因此端粒酶有可能成為肝癌早期診斷以及療效和預(yù)后判斷的一種標(biāo)志物。
